Welcome! I'm glad you're here. My name is Courtney and I'm passionate about 2 things: Real Estate and Construction. Get Coreganized is my brain child of all my work experience. I hold a Masters Degree in Project Management and have worked in all sorts of positions from Property Management in low income housing, Construction Superintendent for 3000sqft homes, to Project Manager for BMW and Honda Dealerships across the USA. I can talk about home improvement all day, every day. It never gets old for me! I am happy to share my passion with you and look forward to helping you invest in your future!

Founder, Courtney Michel, has been an Organizer since birth. When she was 5 years old she would obsessively sit in her room and organize her sock drawer. When in High School, her friends gave her the nickname Ann Landers because she was always giving advice to others.
2005: Courtney obtained her Bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Business and Human Development & Family Studies at UNC Greensboro.
2007: Courtney lived and worked in Washington, DC metro area working for Fortune 500's Best Companies to work for Camden Property Trust and was promoted quickly up the chain in property management. She leased apartments to a wide variety of clientele ranging from low income housing to wealthy congressmen's pied-a-terres.
2009: She nearly completed her Second Bachelors in Interior Design understanding flow and amazing color schemes (thanks Bauhaus movement!)
2011: Coreganize was born in NYC area. Assisting personal home offices and business office environments. The main focus of the business at this stage was Professional Organizing.
2012: Courtney received her Real Estate License in New Jersey, helping people find homes and strategizing each customers process in the NYC Metro area.
2014: She moved to Ireland to complete her Masters of Science in Project Management at one of the top schools in Europe, UCD Smurfit's School of Business. With 49% of her class being International Students as well, she gained tremendous insight of how to work with a wide variety of cultures.
2016: Courtney worked for one of the Top Residential Home Builders in the USA as a Construction Superintendent. She built 3000 sq ft homes in the hottest neighborhood in Charlotte and had 100% successful reviews from customers that stated "would hire again", "Courtney involved me in the process", "Definitely would recommend."
2017: Courtney was promoted in Commericial construction as a lead Project Manager. Working with large Fortune 500 companies, she coordinated electrical, data, and complex furniture installation projects all over the USA.
2021: Courtney relaunched Get Coreganize, moved to DC area and hit the ground running in the DC metro area.
Courtney has assisted in home staging, organizing closets, moving BIG things into small spaces and has loved every minute of it. She believes there is a right and wrong way to do everything, but the person that needs to decide what is right and wrong is you! Coreganize hones in on the idea that the core of every person is different and unique. What may work for one, will not work for another. Coreganize specializes in finding out the core values of YOUR home project for You!
