Phase 3- (Contractor): Replace countertops with granite, add in extra backsplash.

Bathroom Reno- 2020- Bradford, PA
This powder bath went from DRAB to FAB! Bouncing off the wall tile colors, the designer choose a peel and stick wallpaper that was suitable for the application. One long DIY weekend and some paint work, and this project was well worth the sweat equity of labor! Home sold for 27% more than the owners paid within 2 years! Always INVEST in your kitchen and bathroom renovation work ! You will always get the money back if done well!
Closet Remodel Project- December 2012 - Union City, NJ
Client was struggling with the original design of closet. Stretching 6' deep with only one shelf and rod, there was not enough room to organize the items they had. We came to the conclusion that adding additional shelving and hanging rods would maximize and solidify the utilization of space. Check out the slideshow below.
Office Cabinet Overhaul - January 2013 - Flanders, NJ
This small business kept reordering supplies because they didn't know what was tucked away in their Office Supply Cabinet. After approximately 2 hours of work, taking out, sorting, separating and redistributing into the space, we were able to save the company cash on ink cartridges, staples, paper, envelopes, etc. Coreganize paid for itself!
Christmas Ornament Project - January 2013 - Mendham, NJ
Client called and was in shock of all the boxes of past ornaments, lights, hand-me-downs and Christmas memorabilia. We worked together to sift through and figure out what was going to be kept and stored with care. After organizing the items into categories, we put them in new rubber bins labeled with their contents. Check out my blog post about this: Ornament Storage
Home Remodel Project- Fall 2013 - Randolph, NJ
Client was looking to update his rental home and didn't know where to start. I walked through and made an inventory list of what a potential renter would find as an objection. Within a 6 week time, we were able to strategically:
-Paint the entire inside of the home
-Demo the bathrooms
-Install new bathroom floor tile and shower tile
-Replace approx 1000sqft of carpet with new berber carpet
-Replace the kitchen countertops
-Sand & stain the hardwood floors throughout (approx. 800sqft.)
-Brighten up the space with a new fresh look, getting top dollar for the rental market.
With strategic project management, we were able to finish the project with only 2 months of down time and in budget. The renovations will pay for itself over the span of the first year of rental. Then the increase of rent will be profitable for the owner. The new tenants and owners were very pleased.
